The FaceOff Academy 2026 Overnight Experience

The 2026 FOA Overnight Camp will once again be held at the beautiful Montclair State
University in NJ. Featuring a state-of-the-art facility, beautiful, air-conditioned dorms with
amenities and of course the World’s Best Faceoff men and coaches. The FaceOff Academy has
a long-standing tradition of providing the Gold Standard in FaceOff training and events and for
over a decade we have taught, mentored, and coached Faceoff men that have gone on to be the
best in the world. The next generation will get a one-of-a-kind experience with the only staff on
earth comprised of NCAA all-Americans, Pro Lacrosse Record holders, champions, league
MVPs, and International Gold Medalists. An opportunity to learn from the best, to make lifelong
friendships and do it all while having an exciting and fun time.

THE 2026 FOA OVERNIGHT SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN
DAY 1
  • 10:00am - 1:00pm: Check-In and Housing Assignments

  • 1:30pm: Staff Welcome and Opening Statements

  • 2:00pm - 4:00pm: Session 1 - FOA System Intro, Movement sets, Exit work and Counters.

  • 4:30pm - 5:30pm: Dinner

  • 6:00pm - 8pm: Session 2 - Move and Counter Refinement, Recognition Drills and Live Reps

  • 8:30pm - 10:00pm: Social Time
    ⁃ Stick Stringing with FOA Strings (optional)
    ⁃ Recruiting Q & A with FOAdvantage Evaluations Director Zack Ornstein (optional)

  • 10pm: Bed Check/ Lights Out

DAY 2
  • 7:30am: Wake-Up Call

  • 8:00am - 9:00am: Breakfast

  • 9:30am - 11:30am: Session 3 - Live Rep Variation Training & Tournament Mode

  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch

  • 1:30pm - 3:30pm: Session 4 – Speed Lacrosse Skills Battle

  • 4:30pm - 5:30pm: Dinner

  • 6:00pm – 8pm: Session 5 - Fight Night. Team-based competitions.

  • 8:00pm - 10:00pm: Social Time

  • 10:00pm: Bed Check/ Lights Out

DAY 3
  • 7:30am: Wake-Up Call

  • 9:30am - 12:00pm: Championship Series. Individual group play and Head-to-head FO
    Championships

  • 12:00pm - Team Photos and Closing Statements

  • 12:30pm - 1:00pm Checkout

  • This schedule is subject to change based on participation numbers as well as weather. This
    experience will be tailored to the group that we have with us. We have an amazing facility that
    will allow us many options throughout the week. If we have inclement weather, we can pivot
    indoors where we can study film, coaches Q&A and chalk talk as well as team building and
    social activities.
