Weekly local training exclusively for HS/College athletes which includes:

  • Hand Speed Warm-Up

  • Live Reps vs varied opponents with a randomized cadence

  • Head-2-head reps with an FOA coach for hands-on coaching

  • Recorded video of session shared to players afterwards

VIP

Scheduled Private, small-group training session that includes:

  • Detailed technical training

  • Footwork and exit drills

  • Stance optimization and skill development

  • Recorded video of session shared to players afterwards

MAIN EVENTS

Scheduled regional training events in different parts of the country

  • Larger scale events with up to 60 athletes

  • FOA System introduction and technical development

  • Partner drills

  • Live Reps with randomized cadence and hands-on coaching

  • Tournament mode for in-game pressure reps to build confidence and experience
